GUEST TICKETS

We’re excited for the upcoming non-conference home games, and we want to share the process for requesting and purchasing guest tickets. This will be the process for the entire season, and we will send out spring guest request forms at a later date. We highly recommend pinning this email to the top of your inbox.

A graduate season ticket holder refers to a graduate student who has obtained a graduate student ticket, whether purchased directly from Duke Athletics or transferred from another graduate student, and has downloaded that ticket to their mobile wallet.

Step 1: Submit a Request to Purchase a Guest Ticket

Graduate student season ticket holders may submit a request to purchase guest tickets for a non-conference game below. All requests must be submitted by the deadline listed on each form:

There will be no guests for Duke v. Florida on Tuesday, December 2nd.

For all of the games listed above, guests may be students or non-students (this promotion is subject to change for future games). All guests must be at least 18 years old!

Please note that submitting a form does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase guest tickets—it is only a request.

Step 2: Purchase Guest Tickets and Download to the Graduate Season Ticket Holder’s Mobile Wallet

After requests are processed, Duke Athletics will email season ticket holders—in the order that requests were received—with a link and instructions to purchase guest tickets through the ticketing portal for $21 each.

Graduate student season ticket holders must ensure that both their own ticket and their guest ticket(s) are downloaded to the season ticket holder’s mobile wallet prior to the game. Guest tickets cannot be transferred to guests directly. Guest tickets also cannot be resold.

Please remember to check your junk or spam folder in case the email with the purchase link is filtered out from your primary inbox.

If you do not receive a purchase email link from Duke Athletics by 5:00 pm on the business day before the game, we were not able to fulfill your request for guest tickets.

Step 3: Game Day Check-In at Bostock Gate with your Guests

Arrive at Bostock Gate at least 30 minutes before tipoff with your guest(s) to receive wristbands for entry into the Band or Bench lines. Once you get your wristband(s), you must get in line. A graduate usher will then escort you and your guest into Cameron.

All guests must bring either their Duke ID (Duke students) or a photo ID (non-Duke students).

Guest tickets expire 30 minutes before tipoff, and no entry will be granted after that time, nor will a refund be granted. The season ticket holder must have both their own ticket and their guest ticket(s) ready on their mobile wallet before arriving at Bostock Gate.

Important Reminders

All guests must be accompanied by the graduate student season ticket holder who requested and purchased the guest ticket(s) to gain entry. Even with a guest ticket, guests will not be admitted without the season ticket holder also present!

Guest tickets are for standing-room-only in a tightly packed graduate student section. Guests should be prepared and willing to stand in close quarters throughout the game.
